State of GovTech 2023 Preview
Since 2018, the nonprofit organization CivStart has been focused on startups creating access to opportunities for underserved and unconnected communities, with a goal of helping disruptive innovations enter and navigate the complex gov tech market.

Each year, CivStart launches an application process for gov tech startups to join a two-year accelerator program to gain valuable product feedback and refinements and exposure to local leaders in innovation.

On this episode of In Case You Missed It, CivStart co-founder and CEO Anthony Jamison announces the latest group of eight startups joining the accelerator, discusses what they look for in a startup and shares insights gleaned from the process of building a business in this market.

CivStart portfolio startups Beam, C.D.S., Enpira, GridMatrix, Polimorphic, Konveio and Qwally are among the companies who will be participating in the upcoming State of GovTech 2023 event this November in Foster City, Calif. — presented in partnership between Government Technology and CivStart.
